Aviation Customer Service Representative
Kathy Doughty rejoined CS&A in 2003 as Personal Assistant to Mr. Chappell and Administrative Support staff member of the Aviation Department. Kathy previously served as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for Chappell, Smith from 1994 to 1997. Kathy has over 10 years of insurance experience, having been a licensed Property and Casualty agent since 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
